It is my philosophy that each individual has an inner need to develop - to look at the self from a whole (holistic) perspective and to understand the mind, body and spirit connection as well as the importance of balancing all aspects of one's life.
Working from a Mindfulness-based cognitive therapy approach, I trust that all beings can discover their true selves and find a way through difficult life problems. By utilizing complementary therapy approaches and techniques, individuals can unearth long-standing behavior patterns and/or negative perceptions that may be holding them back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
